Gamer Groups

Video Games Show at your Facility

Step 1

The Setup

Our technicians set up the A/V system typically takes 45 minutes to an hour. An electrical power outlet is required. A wired internet connection is preferred for live broadcasting. Setup includes positioning the “main game” screen, positioning the “ game session” screen, positioning the Laptop, and lastly positioning the participants. Once we have determined where the hardware and the participants will be during the session, we connect and test the hardware. This time is not counted against the gaming session.

Step 2

The Intro

Ready-up - 5 to 15 minutes, If a player is not familiar with the game or needs to be introduced to the basic controls, our host will assist with tutorials, instruction, and engagement with the players. This time is not counted against the gaming session.

Step 3

The Fun

Play - 1 hour (or allotted time) we will enjoy one hour of gaming, cheering, laughing, and playing. We host and engage in the fun providing assistance to players in need.

Step 4

The Finish

Pack-up - 15-30 minutes, once our session is complete we attempt to pack up the hardware as quickly as possible. Upon request, a private or public link of the session will be provided to view or share the fun at your convenience.

UA Gamer Groups can entertain up to 8 simultaneous players. Onlookers and spectators (online and offline) are welcome to cheer and hype up the party. We recommend 2 hours sessions for groups of more than 4 players (only room size limits spectators.
